Our success has led to the creation of a valuable new area of business, and requires a driven and highly motivated professional to take on the role of Account Manager to shape, develop and grow our new account in Virginia.

As an employee of CBN Secure Technologies, you will reside and work in Richmond, Virginia.

Qualifications:
  • A University Degree in Business, Commerce, Science, or Economics.
  • 5 years of account management experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and build relationships at all levels within the target accounts.
  • Ensure that a high-level of customer service is provided to the key accounts, including managing customer expectations.
  • Act as main interface between the key accounts and internal departments.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all issues and maintain regular communication with the key accounts.
  • Establish a plan for a complete range of account development activities for each key account.
  • Prioritize and develop strategies to pursue the established account development plan.
  • Execute the account development plan.
  • Manage all contract management activities including, but not limited to, scope changes, documentation, monitoring schedules, contract renewals, customer presentations, service level monitoring & performance evaluations, invoicing and payables etc.
  • Participate in pre-bid activities such as opportunity analysis, solution definition, proposal writing and preparation.
  • Assist senior management team to determine strategic direction for key accounts.

  • developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with customers
  • consistently achieving and exceeding established sales targets and objectives
  • managing multiple, complex development efforts simultaneously
  • networking within all levels of the customers organization
  • negotiation and arbitration skills, leading to "win-win" resolutions

  • High degree of tenacity and persistence to get tasks completed on schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills and convey ideas and information effectively and efficiently.

  • Strong understanding of deadlines and commitment to schedules.
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Able to travel.
