General Objective:
  • To ensure CBN's clients receive the highest level of service while managing all aspects of Picture Postage transactions.
Responsibilities: Duties, and Tasks:
  • Liaison directly with clients via email and telephone, providing front-line support for their needs and accurately communicate this information so that all objectives are met
  • Provide callers with product, price and order information
  • Coordinate all aspects of production ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Establish priorities within the production environment
  • Process payments received by mail and electronically
  • Reconcile payments received on a daily basis
  • Use judgment to ensure photos fall within acceptable written standards
  • Scanning and/or editing photos for optimum print quality
  • Print pictures and package ensuring high standard of quality
  • Return original photo to customers if ordered by mail
  • Operations scheduled from 9:00 to 5:00
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Communications, Print Media or a related field of study
  • Excellent communication skills in English and in French
  • Knowledge of editing photos or graphics
  • 1-3 years experience as a customer service representative, ideally in the printing industry
  • Familiarity with Windows application
  • Proactive attitude and great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask - manage several projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of deadlines and commitment to schedules
  • Performs well under pressure
  • Able to work shifts, some overtime and weekends, as required.
  • Eligible to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance
